Survivors, Inc. recognizes the victim’s of sexual assault through the “Light Up The Night” 2nd annual luminary event. |
| The Lincoln Square of Gettysburg with the U.S. flag representing the freedom of all people and the teal luminaries symbolizing the freedom which is taken from those who become victim’s of sexual assault. Although, it was windy and we were unable to light the luminaries, volunteers were on hand to give information and answer questions concerning the event. | ![]() |

Over 65 students from Gettysburg College participated in a day of silence, representing the number of sexual assault victims who never speak out. The students wore tape over their mouths all day and at the end of the day took off their tape to SCREAM in support of those victims. |
